This scholarship is for graduating seniors from Wayne County Career Center in Smithville, Ohio. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be enrolled in college on a full-time basis (at least 12 semester hours), have maintained a 3.0 high school GPA, and demonstrate financial need.
