Dr. Foster B. Gibbs Scholarship

Saginaw Community Foundation

This scholarship is for graduating seniors at Arthur Hill High School and Saginaw High School in Saginaw, Michigan, who have taken full advantage of the educational opportunities offered by the school district of the City of Saginaw. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 2.5 GPA and have identified and be in the process of completing a senior year program of studies that will fulfill all graduation requirements, including the completion of a shared-time course of studies at either the Saginaw Career Complex or the Saginaw Arts and Sciences Academy. Scholarship recipients must attend a Michigan college/university full-time. Selection will be based on achievement in Saginaw Public Schools, including performance on the Senior Project, financial need, community service, and recommendations.
