You may apply for this FRA Education Foundation Colonel Hazel Elizabeth Benn, USMC, Scholarship only if: you are a U.S. Citizen, you are an unmarried dependent child of the sponsor, and you are enrolled for the fall of 2021 as a freshman or sophomore college undergraduate at a state or regionally accredited institution of post-secondary education located in the United States. Your sponsor must be a current member in good standing of the Fleet Reserve Association or a FRA member in good standing at time of death, and served or is now serving in the U.S. Navy as an enlisted medical rating assigned to and serving with the U.S. Marine Corps.
