This scholarship is for seniors at any Beloit high school (within the city or township) in Wisconsin. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must attend a Wisconsin state university or technical institution and demonstrate financial need, a desire to succeed, and scholastic ability. This is a full scholarship designed to cover books, tuition, and room and board.
