Scholarship assistance is to be available to: students currently enrolled (or enrolling) in a 2 or 4 year institution located in Kentucky, and/or students pursuing graduate studies at a Kentucky institution, high school seniors who will be attending a two or four year institution located in Kentucky are also eligible. A minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 is required.
Focus should be in real estate or related field, pursuing a degree or certificate in real estate studies.
