Chad Welch Memorial Scholarship

As a memorial to Chad Welch, a scholar-athlete at Liberty-Union, this scholarship honors graduating seniors who have excelled in athletics and academics at Liberty Union in Baltimore, Ohio. Applicants shall have attended Liberty Union High School all four years. The scholarship award may be made for a four year or two year college. A certified technical college education shall also be given consideration.
