This scholarship is for women who are seniors at Carrollton High School in Saginaw, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to pursue a bachelor's, associate's, or undergraduate degree full-time. Selection will be based on scholastic record, difficulty of curriculum, citizenship, and financial need.
