This scholarship is for seniors at Carrollton High School in Saginaw, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must recognize the value of community involvement and the importance of service to others. Applicants must plan to pursue a vocational, associate's, or undergraduate degree full-time. Selection for this scholarship will be based on character, leadership, citizenship, financial need, and overall participation and effort in school.
