This scholarship is for graduating seniors and graduates of Bertrand High School in Bertrand, Nebraska. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be planning to enroll full-time at a technical or vocational school and be enrolled in a program leading to a degree or certification in mechanics or welding.
