Brenda Mehling Cancer Fund

You must be between the age of 18-40 at the time of application.
You must currently be in treatment for cancer at the time of application.
You must provide a letter from your doctor explaining the type of treatment you are currently receiving and how long you have been in treatment.
You will need to provide a copy of a bill, receipt, mortgage statement, lease agreement, or documentation of request.
