This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors in the northernmost 26 counties of the Texas Panhandle. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must major in the field of education. Applicants must exhibit community involvement and leadership. Recipients must maintain a 3.2 or better cumulative GPA while in college.
