Blind Service Association

This scholarship is for students who are legally blind and reside in Cook, DuPage, Will, Lake, or McHenry counties in Illinois. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be planning to attend a professional school, college, or university. Applications are judged according to academic merit and evidence of community service. Applicants must provide a recent eye report (no older than two years), certifying legal blindness.
