This scholarship is for graduates of Centennial, David Douglas, North Clackamas and Portland Public school districts OR GED and home-schooled graduates from Clackamas, Damascus, Gresham, Happy Valley, Johnson City, Milwaukie, or Portland. The preference: First-generation immigrants to the United States. Applicants must also be a first-generation college attendee.
