Aura Neely-Gary Memorial Scholarship Fund

Community Foundation of Greater Jackson

This scholarship is for students planning to enter a college or university in Mississippi. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate financial need via the applicant's university or college financial aid office. Preference will be given to students who desire to resume their education following a period of personal difficulties. Special consideration will be given for young women who had previously dropped out of school and are now enrolled at a post-secondary institution. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must provide a personal statement of interest and need and how they plan to make a difference in their communities.
