Antonio Biondo Scholarship applicants must have resided in San Diego County for at least one year, be undergraduate students who are currently enrolled full-time at San Diego State University (SDSU) and pursuing a career in public service (i.e. social worker, public administration, government, nonprofit, governmental or public interest law, etc.), and be foreign-born immigrants or children of a foreign-born immigrant from a developing country.
