Indiana Commission for Higher Education (CHE)

Applicant must be an Indiana resident and U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen who is financially independent as determined by the FAFSa and demonstrate financial need. Applicants must be enrolled, or plan to enroll, in a course of study leading to an associate or first bachelor's degree, or a certificate at Ivy Tech Community College or Vincennes University. Applicant must be enrolled in at least six credit hours of their equivalent in any academic term and maintain satisfactory academic progress as defined by your institution.
