xula is a small school, which makes it easy for them to push students and challenge them individually. there are numerous resources available to help students do well like study centres, tutoring centres, si sessions, and it's really easy to get to know your professors and attend office hours. it is hard not to be successful here.

take advantages of extra curricular, networking and research opportunities and make sure your professors know who you are. trust me it makes a huge difference!

they demand a lot out of the students who are in stem majors especially. it is no cake-walk.

the dorms are not the greatest, but they're on campus and its easy to get to classes from all of them.

they stepped up their dining services in the spring 2016 semester. the staff is amazing, there are a variety of choices, and they have decent fruit.
What’s there to do for fun at your college?
volunteer, hangout, there are a lot of activities on campus all the time, it is very close to downtown new orleans, literally one trolly and you're in the heart of the city.

great for ambitious people, achievers, people that are serious about their academics.

there are a boat load of clubs and organizations on campus. there's definitely something for everybody.
