Overview
The St. Margaret School of Nursing is a nurse training academy serving 50 surrounding municipalities affiliated with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. St. Margaret features a 16-month nursing curriculum that emphasizes seeing each patient as a whole person. Additionally, St. Margaret pairs up with Chatham University to offer a bachelor’s degree program for its registered nurses. To supplement classroom instruction, the school of nursing provides clinical experience opportunities at UPMC St. Margaret.
