Overview

The University of Western States is the second oldest chiropractic institution in the United States and a school of integrated healthcare. In addition to its College of Chiropractic program, the UWS College of Graduate Studies offers degrees in six fields including Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine and Sport and Performance Psychology. The University operates three health centers and a diagnostic imaging center throughout the greater Portland region. While UWS is a non-residential campus, the office of student services helps students find housing in the area and the campus is accessible via train and bus.
