Just from talking to other students you can learn a lot if you put the work into it. You can't blow off things. I know in high school you could get an A in a class and still know nothing. Not OU the professors are world-class and teach because they want you to learn and understand it so that you can use it.
Will enjoy being here
I was there one day by myself just walking around. There is so much I can do but not so much I must do other than my actual classes. It sounds strange but from a small town you are expected to be in clubs and to volunteer for EVERYTHING
Do you feel you’re getting value for the money you’re spending on college?
I am out of state It is not Bad for out of state but still expensive as heck the Fin Aid office really didn't offer much
Do you have any tips for prospective students?
Keep grades high make sure your grades are high enough to start in your major's plan. (i.e. math for engineering) look it up on the website. you do not want to start behind
Which types of students will excel at your college?
National Merit Scholars (I'm not one btw), Meteorology, anything with media, Engineering( state of the art facilities)
