I have a great choice of classes to choose from. Because the classes are relatively small, I get to talk to my teachers more and can ask for more help if needed, which might not happen in a larger school. I'm not bored in class but not overly stressed with my load.
Do you enjoy the experience at your school?
I LOVE IT HERE!! I will be a Sophomore this year and could not have found a better school for myself. I have made a lot of new friends which is very easy considering the small campus.
Do you feel you’re getting value for the money you’re spending on college?
Although college can get expensive, I feel that I have chosen a great place to resume my education. With it being a smaller school, I feel like not only is it less money than a major university, but you can get more one-on-one time with your professors which makes your money worth while.
Do you have any tips for prospective students?
Get involved! I did not want to join a sorority when I came to school but I decided to rush anyways. After I went through recruitment I was in love and having a blast. It made college a lot easier and a LOT more fun. If a fraternity or sorority is not your thing, find another involvement to get into. There is so much to offer for a smaller school.
Which types of students will excel at your college?
If you want a smaller campus, big enough to where everyone doesn't know your personal life but small enough not to get lost all the time and you can wake up five minutes before class and get there on time.
