Suffolk University has great professors that not only challenge your mind but guide you thoroughly through the course. The campus is in the heart of Boston which is another plus. And there are also so many opportunities for clubs and activities for students to get involved.

The best tip I was given and would like to pass on: GET INVOLVED! And work hard because Suffolk loves to award scholarships for students who deserve them.
Describe the dorm life at your college.
Spending one year in the middle of Boston was a dream I never expected to come true. But it did and I couldn't have had a better year than my freshman year dorming at Suffolk. The dorms are clean, up to date, and very roomy for college dorms. I was at tremont which was more social than the other dorms and deffinitely a great choice for freshman.
Describe the food and dining at your college.
The food was great, many choices. I wished I had a few more options but I can't really complain other than the price. Staff was great !
What’s there to do for fun at your college?
Join clubs, go out to dinner, go ice skating, go to the movies, plenty of places to go shopping, sit in the commons, get icecream, and so many other things. Suffolk also has many on campus activities to attend.
Do you feel you’re getting value for the money you’re spending on college?
It is quite pricey, but to live in Boston and get a great education I would say it is affordable with financial aid and scholarships. Suffolk was extrememly generous when awarding scholarships for great grades! So work hard !

I felt 100% safe at Suffolk. The dorms always have security checking IDs to make sure you live there..anyone else must be signed in. Although the campus neighbors many strangers, police are always right near by.
