


Starr King School for the Ministry
Overview
A member of the Graduate Theological Union, Starr King School for the Ministry is a Christian seminary in Berkeley affiliated with the Unitarian Universalist Church. Starr King offers three master’s degree programs in Divinity, Arts, and Social Change designed around Unitarian Universalist values. All of Starr King’s academic programs are personalized around each individual student’s development and all students are expected to assist in the school’s administrative duties. Once every year, Starr King hosts an urban retreat called Symposium featuring community dialogue and celebration.
