Many of the teachers here also teach university courses and use many of the same lessons for both classes. Some of the information I learn might not be useful for my chosen major, but it is interesting none the less.
Do you enjoy the experience at your school?
The campus is quaint and beautiful. The courses are fun and I find most of the teachers and students kind and helpful.
Do you feel you’re getting value for the money you’re spending on college?
I only gave a lower review for price because I am an international student and pay more then a normal student overall. The regular student price is very reasonable though. Plus a light rail pass for the semester is included in the price, and the majority of student are very pleased about this.
Do you have any tips for prospective students?
My advice is to use the services given to you. If you are lost or confused their are counselors that can help and a school website to search. Otherwise just ask a student on campus. Many of us will happily help you out. Also the library
Which types of students will excel at your college?
This college is great for a wide variety of students, as long as you don't mind that only AAs are available, but transferring is possible. The range of ages and races is phenomenal and the courses are opportunistic and usually have university level undertones. I cannot think of a single person who claims ever claimed to me they disliked the college.
