From what I've heard from other students (including my sister), this is a great school to attain a degree. I am currently prospecting all of my options, but Mo West seems to be the best option for me (and not merely for proximity's sake). I am excited about the smaller classrooms and (from what I hear) the excellent teachers.
Will enjoy being here
I've grown up around St. Joseph, so I'm very familiar with the town itself. I've also attended functions at Mo West, so I'm familiar with the campus as well. I think that this will be a great school to earn a bachelor's degree.
Do you feel you’re getting value for the money you’re spending on college?
Considering the options in Missouri, Mo West is one of the most affordable colleges around. I've looked at the other options (within a few hundred miles), and Mo West seems to offer one of the better options in its price range.
Do you have any tips for prospective students?
Keep your options open, but know when to see a good deal when it finally arises!
Which types of students will excel at your college?
From what I understand, they have a great criminal justice department as well as a great English and Philosophy department (which is more my realm of interest).
