Overview
Lake Technical College is a public, 2-year institution with campuses located in Eustis, Tavares, Clermont, and Sumterville, Florida. Lake Tech offers nearly 30 career and technical education programs throughout nine fields of study, providing programs designed to prepare students for licensure examinations and industry certification. Lake Tech also maintains the Institute of Public Safety extension campus in Lake County, which offers its own selection of courses in Law Enforcement and Fire Fighting. The majority of Lake Tech’s programs can be completed in one year or less.
