A great experience. The school has all new, state of the art technology and lab equipment. Cirriculum is very hands on and the school in general is small which creates a more personal experience in classes.
Do you have any tips for prospective students?
Set your study habits ahead of time. Classes aren't hard, per se, but it is a rigorous program and can be a little overwhelming if you don't have good time management and study skills. There are a lot of help opportunities on campus though and professors are always willing to help out so don't let that freak you out.
Do you find there’s enough academic rigor at your school?
Classes are rigorous, the professors move at a steady pace though so as not to lose anyone.
Describe the dorm life at your college.
Dorms are brand new and very luxurious. Each suite comes with a flat screen tv, a full sized fridge, living room furniture, kitchen high top table, a microwave, and their own washer/dryer set. Depending on what the student signed up for they get their own bedroom. Living and sleeping space is much bigger than what I expected a dorm to be. Bathrooms have a standard shower.
Describe the food and dining at your college.
There's a few different options for food. A sub place, a grill, then a buffet/cafeteria style. The food is actually really tasty and there are a lot of options in the cafeteria area. Meal options change daily, offering a lot of variety for a lot of different types of eaters.
What’s there to do for fun at your college?
There's a common area in the dorms with a pool table, five tvs, a ping pong table. There's always something going on.
Do you feel you’re getting value for the money you’re spending on college?
Dorms are expensive but very much worth it for what you're getting. Although the food is very good it is a little pricey.
Which types of students will excel at your college?
Those who want a new experience and want to be part of an innovative future.
How would you describe campus safety? Do you feel safe on campus?
School has police officers and a security group. They make their rounds on campus all the time. There's a lot of emergency poles too.
