Depending on where you live, the dorm life can be great. I have been satisfied everywhere I have lived. Once you get past freshmen year, you will figure out the better places to live.

I eat at subway or papa johns most of the time. I don't really like eating in the caf. The crazy cuke and hot dog cart are very good also.

You have to get involved here, or you ill be bored. Join a sorority or fraternity or even a club or team. Once you do that, you will meet a ton of great people.
