Overview
Virginia International University is a globally-focused 4-year university in the Washington, DC, metro area serving a student body of diverse national and cultural backgrounds. VIU is home to seven academic departments conferring bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration as well as master’s degrees in 12 areas of study. Additionally, VIU makes four bachelor’s degrees and 12 master’s degrees available entirely online with six start dates during the academic year. Away from the classroom, the VIU Student Union schedules several all-campus activities throughout the year including International Education Week programming.
