Overview
Affiliated with the Episcopal church, Seminary of the Southwest is a Christian graduate school in Austin. Southwest grants master’s degrees in Divinity, Religion, Spiritual Formation, Chaplaincy, and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Additionally, Southwest provides communications tutoring and workshops for all students through the campus Center for Writing and Creative Expression. As a Christian institution, Southwest holds daily morning and evening prayer services as well as regular Holy Eucharist and all students are expected to establish a regular pattern of attendance.
