Overview

Originally founded as a high school, D.A. Dorsey Technical College is a technical and vocational college in Miami. D.A. Dorsey offers six technical academic programs in the fields of healthcare and automotive service. D.A. Dorsey also features a career pathways course enabling students to identify their academic strengths and weaknesses and the career choices available for their skillset. The college is named for a prominent African American businessman and landowner who donated the land upon which the school was built.
