Review of Bay Path University

from Chicopee, MA

Describe your college in three sentences.

Bay Path University is a one of a kind school that let's it's students find themselves and their place in the world. The professors here are some of the best I have ever met. This small university is a second family where women are taught the value of asserting themselves in this man's world and making themselves known.

Do you have any tips for prospective students?

Get involved! Study hard! Don't procrastinate!

Do you find there’s enough academic rigor at your school?

Courses are difficult; however, professors and tutors are always available and are more than happy to help.

Describe the dorm life at your college.

I do not dorm.

Describe the food and dining at your college.

There is a Starbucks on site. The cafeteria food is more on the healthy side.

What’s there to do for fun at your college?

There are a couple of malls within driving distance. There are parks, Six Flags, Big E, etc. Also, every weekend, the college plans something for its students such as trips to the museums, aquariums, theaters, sports games, etc.

Do you feel you’re getting value for the money you’re spending on college?

Bay Path is a private university so it is a little on a pricey side; however, pretty much every student gets some form of financial aid here.

Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus

The university itself is very small, so you do not have to walk long distances between buildings. In one of the buildings there is a little quiet garden where you can rest, meditate, etc.

Which types of students will excel at your college?

Anybody. If you are shy, the professors will definitely get you out of your shell! :)

Are you involved in any clubs or activities?

Sports and various clubs are available for students.

How would you describe campus safety? Do you feel safe on campus?

Once again, campus is small so security is great! At night, if you don't feel comfortable walking to your car, an officer will be more than happy to walk you to your car.
