Don't try to be someone you are not. Yes, it is college and you can re-make yourself, but that doesn't mean lying to yourself and others. Keep it real and classy.

Academics are really hard. You have to know how to time manage and Barnard students need discipline.

Not the best. Housing is horrible, it is all done by lottery numbers. Honestly no building is the best, it really all depends on the individual.

Hewitt is delicious! there is always something for everyone.

The subway is literally right outside the gates of Barnard College. The limit is non existing. There are many on-campus and off-campus activities.

Don't to be lazy. This is not the typical college were all you will do is party. You must want a much more sophisticated experience. If your college goals are to drink and party every weekend, that's chill and all, but Barnard is definitely not the school for you.
