The Baptist University of the Americas is a Christian university dedicated to training future Baptist leaders. BUA offers bachelor’s degree programs in Biblical/Theological Studies, Music, Business Leadership, and Human Behavior and all degrees focus on applying classroom lessons to practical ministry. In addition, BUA places special emphasis on serving the Hispanic community, training more Hispanic ministers than all other Texas Baptist schools combined. As a Christian institution, BUA holds chapel service twice per week and attendance is required in order to graduate.
