Overview
Athens Technical College is a unit of the four-campus Technical College System of Georgia. It was founded in 1958 as Athens Area Vocational-Technical School and took its current name in 2000. The campus features a cosmetology salon, a dental clinic, an automotive center, and a life sciences center. ATC also provides a Dual Enrollment program for high school students that covers tuition, mandatory fees, and required textbooks.
