Arrupe College is a 2-year Jesuit community college founded by Loyola University in an effort to provide debt-free higher education to students from a limited financial background in Chicago. Students’ annual tuition at Arrupe is mostly covered via financial aid and outside donations and many students are the first in their family to attend college. Arrupe offers three associate degrees in Business, Arts & Humanities, and Social & Behavioral Sciences. All students who meet or exceed a minimum GPA requirement are eligible to transfer to Loyola University to complete a 4-year degree.
