adelphi university has been with me every step of the way the minute i had interest in attending there amazing school. they have been taking good care of me, every question/concern i have had they are right there to answer me. adelphi university has welcomed me with open arms, and i know my future will shine bright in their school as they guide me to be a social worker.
Do you have any tips for prospective students?
always do research on everything you can before hand. even though it is crazy to think about your future before senior year, it is a better way to get a head start. because i am the first one to attend a university in my family, my parents or relatives didn't exactly know what to do or where to ask help. so, i had look up and find all the bits of information i could on my own. it takes more than a day to find everything and not everything is on google. my best advice is talk to a teacher, your guidance counselor, or someone you know who has a great knowledge on college and the transition process.
Do you find there’s enough academic rigor at your school?
i have not attended the school yet but i already know they are serious about my education.
Describe the dorm life at your college.
living by yourself for the first time can be tough. already adelphi has made it easy and less stressful about dorming with sending friendly letters explaining the process.
Describe the food and dining at your college.
great variety and choices. convenient for everyone !
