This annual scholarship program awards $2,000 to a Maryland female graduating senior who has performed outstanding volunteer service during her high school years.The Junior League of Baltimore is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. By publicly recognizing and rewarding excellent volunteers, we applaud voluntarism in the community and hope to encourage other young women to become committed to volunteering.
