This scholarship is for talented, motivated, low-income students from Massachusetts and Georgetown County, South Carolina. Applicants must be a current senior at an accredited high school in either Massachusetts or South Carolina. Applicants must also be accepted to and plan to attend a competitive public or private four-year college or university in Massachusetts or South Carolina.
