Wayne County Community Foundation

This scholarship is for residents of Wayne County, Ohio, who are current graduating high school seniors of any public school system administered in Wayne County, Ohio. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be accepted to or enrolling in an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or technical educational institution, be of African-American descent, have financial need (based on FAFSA or SAR), and demonstrate leadership qualities in their participation in cocurricular, extracurricular, community and/or church activities.
