Wisconsin State Telecommunications Scholarship

Wisconsin State Telecommunications (WSTA)

The Foundation awards scholarships to graduating high school seniors throughout the State of Wisconsin. Each applicant must be endorsed by a participating local exchange telephone company. AT&T, CenturyLink, Spring Valley Telephone Company and West Wisconsin Telcom Cooperative do not participate in the WSTF Scholarship process. If you are in AT&T, CenturyLink, Spring Valley Telephone Company or West Wisconsin Telcom Cooperative serving areas, you are not eligible to apply for a WSTF scholarship. Academic excellence is taken into consideration but is not paramount to receiving one of the scholarships. The primary considerations are a sincere desire to continue his or her education, the ability to do post-secondary coursework, and financial need.
