Wings Over America Scholarship Foundation

This scholarship is for dependent children and spouses of all US Navy Personnel who served with the Naval Air Forces; Officer and Enlisted, active duty, retired, honorably discharged or deceased. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be high school seniors or already enrolled in college. Scholarship recipients are selected based on scholastic merit and community service.
