William H. Harnsbarger Scholarship
Beckley Area Foundation
This scholarship is for graduates of Oak Hill High School in Oak Hill, West Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be full-time students at an accredited college/university. They must also have had a 3.0 GPA while in high school and have participated in at least two high school sports. Students must re-apply annually to renew the scholarship and maintain a GPA of 2.25 for maximum of three years.
