West Virginia PROMISE Scholarship
West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission
This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors in West Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a core and cumulative 3.0 GPA or a "B" average. Applicants for PROMISE Scholarship awards are strongly urged to perform at least 20 hours of unpaid community service while in high school and college. Scholarship recipients must attend a public or independent educational institution in West Virginia.
