This scholarship is for high school seniors and current college students who live in Saginaw County, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be visually or otherwise physically handicapped and enroll in college full-time. Selection will be based on scholastic record, financial need, and overall involvement in community, school, and work activities.
