Tommy Lee Memorial Scholarship Fund
Hawaii Community Foundation
Thomas "Uncle Tommy" Lee worked for the Dole Food Co. and Castle & Cooke, Inc. for 47 years from 1939 to 1986. After his retirement, he continued to work as a consultant and lobbyist. Active in numerous community and civic organizations and well respected for his political acumen, he was once voted one of the most effective lobbyists by members of the legislature. His co-workers, family and friends established this scholarship fund to carry on his legacy of caring. This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who are residents of Waialua or Haleiwa.
