Thomas S. and Patricia A. Tilot Memorial Scholarship

Saginaw Community Foundation

This scholarship is for high school seniors who live in the city of Saginaw, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 2.5 GPA and be pursuing vocational or technical training on a part- or full-time basis at an accredited Michigan school. Selection will be based on community service, financial need, special skills, an essay, and recommendations.
