The Martha Kalb "You Go Girl" Scholarship

Heritage Fund - The Community Foundation of Bartholomew County

Established by friends and family to celebrate the life of Martha Kalb, a dedicated Northside Middle School teacher, Columbus North High School girl’s basketball coach, and avid sports fan.

Criteria: Graduating seniors from the Bartholomew Consolidated School Corp. who play varsity girl’s basketball and plan to pursue post-secondary education at a vocational/technical school, junior college, college, or university. Applicant must be in good standing academically. Criteria to be used in evaluating applicant shall include, but not be limited to: academic performance, extracurricular activities, financial need, and sportsmanship. Recipients may re-apply annually as long as they remain in good standing at their school.
