Applicants must be a graduating senior from the Roanoke Valley (including the cities of Roanoke and Salem, and the counties of Roanoke, Botetourt, Craig, and Franklin), or be a Roanoke Valley student enrolled full-time in an accredited two- or four-year institution of higher education or specialized training program. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and scholastic achievement.
