This grant is for Texas residents who have financial need and are enrolled at least half-time in an associate's degree or certificate program at a public Texas institution. Applicants must be registered with the Selective Service System or be exempt from Selective Service registration under federal law. Highest priority will be given to applicants who demonstrate the greatest financial need.
